U.S. Senator Rand Paul says he disagrees with GOP presidential nominee Donald Trump that American elections are “rigged.”
The Courier Journal reports, Paul spoke to a Republican student group at St. Xavier High School in Louisville Monday stating concerns of rebellion that some Trump supporters have called for are “overstated” and the elections are accurately recorded.
Kentucky Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes issued a statement this week denouncing rigging claims, calling them "fanatical scare tactics."
