Murray State MFA Alumni Weekend To Take Place In July

Murray State University’s MFA Program in Creative Writing hosts published writers from around the region for a Summer Reading Series next month.

Award-winning fiction writer and founding member of The Affrilachian Poets Crystal Wilkinson reads on July 6. Rhodes College creative writing program director and poet Caki Wilkinson reads on July 7. University of Southern Indiana professor and short story writer Casey Pycior reads on July 11. The readings begin at 7:30 p.m.

Program alumni Christopher Collins and Pamela Johnson Parker read July 8 at 2:30 p.m..

All readings are in the Clara M. Eagle Art Gallery on campus and are free and open to the public.
