Chitra Ragavan Reports On Congress' Renewed Interest In A Bill That

would limit lawsuit awards won in lawsuits against faulty products. The House-Senate Produce liability bill will face a close vote today in the Senate. Critics say it will have only a marginal effect on the vast majority of product lawsuits, those between businesses. President Clinton has threatened to veto the bill.
