Tom Goldman Reports On The 100th Running Of The Boston Marathon Today.

Boston's marathon has been considered special for some time. But this centenary race is attracting a record number of runners. While there are about 38,000 official entrants, the pack may grow to over 50,000 -- four to five times the normal size.
