NPR's Nina Totenberg reports on revelations today that Hillary Clinton and Vincent Poster's fingerprints were found on billing records from the Rose Law Firm in Arkansas. These billing records had been misplaced, and upon their resurfacing, were subjected to a fingerprint search by Special Prosecutor Kenneth Starr in the hopes of determining just who had handled the records.
