NPR's Anne Garrels reports from Moscow that the agreement between Russia and Chechen rebels is boosting Russian President Yeltsin's re-election bid. There is still violence in the break-away republic, but some Russian troops have begun to pull out. There are only four days left before election day. Most polls show Yeltsin leading the race, but Yeltsin aides are worried that there'll be a run-off between their candidate and his Communist rival, Gennady Zyuganov (gen-NAH-dee zyo-GAH-nof).
