In presentations yesterday, researchers provided information on caring for those infected with the AIDS virus. Part of that care includes administering up to 3 different anti-AIDS drugs simultaneously, at a cost of over 12,000 dollars annually. That kind of expensive care raised the question of the effectiveness of cheaper drug combinations.
