Gillian Sharpe reports from The Hague that the United Nations War Crimes Tribunal has issued international arrest warrants for two leaders of the Bosnian Serbs. Radovan Karadzic (RAH-doh-vahn KARE-uh-jitch) and General Ratko Mladic (RAHT-koh MLAH-ditch) are both charged with genocide. The warrants authorize the arrests of the two men if they cross any international border.
