The Justice Department will seek criminal indictments against Archer Daniels Midland Company executives on price fixing charges, according to reports today in the Wall Street Journal and Washington Post. One report also suggests federal prosecutors will indict Mark Whitacre, the former ADM executive who became an informer for the FBI while he headed ADM's bioproducts division. Edward Lifson reports.
