NPR's Michael Goldfarb reports from Paris that there's a new agreement among industrialized nations on fighting terrorism. The Group of seven industrialized nations and Russia adopted 25 measures aimed at keeping closer surveillance on terrorist groups and improve cooperation in tracking them down.
