NPR's Martha Raddatz reports that in Saudi Arabia, U-S troops are to begin moving to more secure locations. The move will cost an estimated 200 million dollars, and Saudi Arabia has agreed to pay for half of it. The move follows last month's bombing at a facility housing US military people that left 19 Americans dead.
