NPR's Michael Goldfarb reports from London on plans for a revolution in the United Kingdom's Royal Family...led by the Queen herself. The plans involve radical changes to bring the monarchy up to date. Changes include giving women equal rights to the throne, changing the relationship with the Church of England and ending the funding of the Royal Family by taxpayers.
