Claudio Sanchez Reports On President Clinton's New Proposal To Improve

literacy among school children. The President announced a 2.5 billion dollar federal program aimed at raising the reading skills of American students. The program would provide tutors for children who need remedial help. It also would make assistance available to parents, enabling them to better help their children with reading at home.
