Federal Reserve policymakers are leaning toward an interest rate hike at their next meeting, and the increase may be bigger than what the markets have been expecting. Tuesday's Wall Street Journal said the Fed would boost short term rates by half a point if they don't see signs of slower growth in the next three weeks. NPR's Jim Zarroli reports.
