Today presidential candidate Ross Perot spoke to the Economic Club of Detroit and said that the government needs to be run more like a business. NPR's Don Gonyea reports that the Reform Party candidate and Texas billionaire said he'll announce his running mate Tuesday night in an info-mercial that will air on CBS television.
