Crime was the campaign issue du jour, as both presidential candidates traveled to key battleground states today. Flanked by a group of Republican governors, Bob Dole unveiled an anti-crime proposal in suburban Philadelphia, in which he pledged to cut teenage drug use in half. President Clinton, meanwhile, traveled to Cincinnati, Ohio to receive the endorsement of the nation's largest police organization, the Fraternal Order of Police.
