NPR's Ted Clark reports that the Clinton administration says new US air attacks on Iraq are still a possibility after its recent buildup in the Gulf, but it maintains such renewed attacks will depend on the behavior of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein. In keeping alive the possibility of air attacks in Iraq, the administration has denied that the grand coalition that fought Saddam Hussein five years ago over his invasion of Kuwait is now in total disarray.
