The Presidential Debate Commission today announced its unanimous decision to exclude Ross Perot from the nationally televised presidential debates. The Perot camp threatens a lawsuit; the Dole campaign applauds; the Clinton folks say they'd like to talk more about maybe including Perot. NPR's Kathleen Schalch reports.
