The international supervisors have announced that the first chairman of the three-man presidency for Bosnia will be the Alija Izetbegovic, the leader of the Bosnian Muslims. Earlier today, Sylvia was in Pale, the stronghold of the Bosnian Serbs. She reports the mood there is glum.
