Presidential challenger Bob Dole renewed his increasingly scathing attacks on President Clinton's ethics today, asking, "Where is the outrage in America?" Dole also repeated his charge that the news media have been favoring the President and not scrutinizing him closely enough. NPR's Elizabeth Arnold reports that Dole made appearances today in Houston and Dallas, campaigning for Texas's 32 electoral votes. Texas should have been safely in Dole's column before now, but his campaign still feels the need to shore up his support there.
