Ann Cooper Reports That Many Residents Are Leaving Hong Kong,

and most are winding up in Canada. The educated and wealthy emigrants are making an immediate impact, most notably in Vancouver. Next summer, China will assume control over the former British colony, and many in Hong Kong, distrustful of Communist rule, would rather leave.
