Howard Berkes Reports That Voters And Officials On The West Coast

are angry about the way the media reported Tuesday's election results. The major television and radio networks projected President Clinton as the winner while polls were still open in California, Oregon, Washington, Alaska and Hawaii. Many are calling for changes in how or when votes should be cast, and how the media cover elections.
