The Secretary of the Army has promised a thorough investigation of all Army bases for any evidence of sexual harassment and abuse. NPR's Martha Raddatz reports on the investigation, which follows the filing of charges against four trainers and a captain at an Army base in northern Maryland. They are accused of offenses ranging from rape to writing improper love letters to trainees.
