Former Texaco manager Richard Lundwall has been charged with obstruction of justice...the first criminal charges in the Texaco case. Lundwall is the former human resources officer who tape recorded a meeting of Texaco managers and then turned the tape over to lawyers who were suing Texaco in a discrimination suit. The U.S. Attorney's office says their investigation of other Texaco executives will continue. NPR's Jim Zarroli reports.
