In Belgrade, demonstrators haven't been able to convince Serbian President Slobodan Milosevic to change his decision about annulling the results of municipal elections that were held in November. But, they continue to march in the streets of Belgrade and their protest is gaining international support. NPR's Tom Gjelten reports that European countries...along with the United States...are beginning to look beyond the Milosevic regime.
