President Clinton began the day of his second inauguration in prayer at an interfaith service. The president went on to the Capitol for the swearing-in, and a program of music, poetry, and Mr Clinton's Inaugural Address. NPR's Elizabeth Arnold reports the rest of the day was devoted to the inaugural parade and preparation for tonight's round of parties.
