- After seven months in power, Turkey's Islamist-led government appears to have gone too far with its attempts at fundamentalist reform. The army has deployed tanks in an Islamist stronghold outside Ankara, and Chris Nuttle reports that a no-confidence motion in parliament could bring down the government of Prime Minister Necmettin Erbekan.
