Secretary of State Madeleine Albright arrives in China tomorrow, visiting Beijing during China's historic period of transition following the death of its leader this past week, Deng Xiaoping. Deng Xiaoping's funeral will be held Tuesday. NPR's Julie McCarthy reports.
