The Long Beach Naval Yard in California is being leased to a Chinese shipping company. Critics say China got a very special deal and are wondering why. Evidence now suggests that a representative of that company went to the White House as part of a group led by controversial fundraiser Johnny Chung to hear a radio address by President Clinton.
