NPR's Cheryl Devall reports that on the continuing controversy surrounding Florida's electric chair. Last month, the mask used to cover the condemned prisoner's face caught fire briefly during an execution. Some in the state are renewing their calls to stop using the chair - while others are using the event to call for an acceleration of executions.
