NPR's Eric Weiner reports from Sydney on the Australian appetite for kangaroo meat. Since the kangaroo is the country's unofficial symbol, many say it's the equivalent of Americans dining on bald eagle. But kangaroos are plentiful in Australia, and fans say the meat is tasty, lean and low in cholesterol. In the past five years exports of kangaroo meat has tripled.
