Twenty-five years ago, singer-songwriter Michael Orr recorded an album of rhythm and blues tunes called The Spread of Love Project. With his own money, he produced three-thousand copies, but the record went nowhere. In November, 1999, European music lovers discovered Orr's old album. Now he's back at work trying to revive a hopeful music career and rekindle an old dream. NPR's Shirley Jahad reports.
