NPR's Kathleen Schalch reports the Bush Administration made it clear today that it intends to comply with the decision of a NAFTA arbitration panel on cross-border trucking. In a unanimous decision, the panel held that the U.S. ban on Mexican trucks was a violation of the North American Free Trade Agreement.
