Frankfort, KY – The Kentucky General Assembly wrapped up its 2010 legislative session recently, and with its primary purpose of crafting a biennial budget incomplete, a special session is all but guaranteed. We'll get some analysis of the past session and what lies ahead from Kentucky Public Radio's Capitol Bureau Chief Tony McVeigh. Todd Hatton speaks with McVeigh.
