Paducah, KY – This afternoon at 3, the 8th annual Lowertown Arts and Music Festival opens in Paducah. And this time, there will be quite a few firsts. For instance, this is the first year that an association of Lowertown residents is producing the festival, on a volunteer basis, instead of the city. Ceramic artist Michael Terra is this year's co-director along with painter Stefanie Graves and he sat down with Todd Hatton in his studio to talk about what visitors will discover when they come to the 2010 Lowertown Arts and Music Festival.
