Eddyville, KY – Kentucky State Police have arrested a five-year Eddyville state penitentiary employee on a felony drug charge. KSP spokesman Trooper Dean Patterson reports 58-year-old Billy Finley of Kuttawa was charged with promoting contraband. He says Lortab and Xanax pills were found on Finley, who was on duty, in a random employee search during the afternoon shift change at the facility. Finley was jailed in Caldwell County.
