Hopkinsville, KY – Christian County School System has hired a full-time energy manager. Former North Drive Middle School principal Nathan Howton will be responsible for making sure the system uses energy efficiently. Howton will also help incorporate energy conservation into student curriculum. Howton has a masters and bachelors degree from Murray State University. Statewide, thirty-five energy managers have been hired this summer.
