Paducah Symphony's new director outlines upcoming season

Paducah, KY – The Paducah Symphony Orchestra's new artistic director, Maestro Raffaele Ponti, has outlined the upcoming season starting September 11. The exuberant conductor says the season is "Magnificent," "Exhilarating," "Spectacular" and "Brilliant" and will show off the bravura musicians who comprise the ensemble. Maestro Raffaele Ponti joins the Paducah Symphony Orchestra in his debut as its new artistic director in a season opening concert titled Magnificent on Saturday, September 11, at The Carson Center. The day before, at 4 p.m. Friday, September 10, there will be a master class with the featured soloist in the Carson Center, open free to all.
