Gallatin County, Ky – NASCAR fans are celebrating news coming out of northern Kentucky. Sprint Cup Series racing is coming to the Commonwealth. Kentucky Public Radio's Tony McVeigh was at Tuesday's news conference at the Kentucky Speedway in Gallatin County.
