Much of the world celebrated the lunar New Year last week. It's the Year of the Rabbit and February 3rd marked the start of the Chinese Spring festival this year. The 15 day holiday is popular in its homeland with showy celebrations including music, parades, and tales of a man-eating beast. Millions of people around the globe are celebrating the Spring Festival and the ever-growing Chinese population in Murray has had to adapt their New Year festivities to their new surroundings. Rose Krzton-Presson speaks with some Chinese Murray residents about their traditions past and present and what it's like to celebrate in the U.S.
