Murray, KY – Kentucky Lake and Lake Barkley make for great fishing, but not only with a rod and reel: bowfishing is becoming increasingly popular out on the water. An upcoming free event at Kenlake State Resort Park will teach anyone to shoot at underwater targets in a simulated hunt situation. Chris Taylor speaks to professional archer Dan Richeson about the sport and how he uses it in his youth outreach organization.
The free seminar begins at 7:00pm Friday, April 8 at Kenlake State Resort Park and will continue Saturday, April 9 at 9:00am.
The seminar is presented by the Passing on the Tradition Support Group.
