Murray, KY – Western Tennessee and Kentucky were hot spots for railroads during the American Industrial Revolution. Perhaps the most famous train engineer of that era lived and worked there. Rose Krzton-Presson speaks with Casey Jones historian Norma Taylor about the legend of the man and the village in Jackson Tennessee that was built in his honor.
The museum and village will celebrate Casey Jones Day on Saturday, April 30th. For more information on the Casey Jones Village, call 731-668-1222 or visit www.caseyjones.com.
