Murray, Ky. – If you haven't already noticed by now, Murray State has a celebrity guest, well, at least we have her likeness. The Wrather Museum is the new temporary home of a statue of Nashville's favorite $1.98 pricetag-wearing comedienne, Minnie Pearl. The story of the Miss Minnie sculpture's travels from her original home in Hickman County, Tennessee has been the stuff of international headlines these past few years. Driving the saga is the eccentric Centerville, Tennessee-based talent manager Rod Harris. He spoke with Jacque Day in our studios.
