Paducah, Ky. – Tennessee-based gemstone artisan Karen Dwyer can design custom jewelry for your wedding or favorite outfit. But ask her where she found the stones, and she's apt to smile and wink, preferring to maintain an air of mystery. You can find Dwyer's jewelry at the upcoming LowerTown Arts and Music Festival, which starts May 20. Here, she speaks with Jacque Day.
