Murray, KY – This past week, the Madisonville-Hopkins County Chamber of Commerce hosted "Putting I-69 on the Map." The event was designed to update residents on the ongoing work to develop the Interstate 69 corridor through western Kentucky. The evening featured speakers like Ted Merryman, chief engineer of the I-69 project in the Commonwealth, Paducah River Port Executive Director Ken Canter, State Senator Jerry Rhoads, as well as representatives from Indiana's Department of Transportation. Joining us on the line to talk about "Putting I-69 on the Map" is one of the organizers of the event, Madisonville-Hopkins County Chamber of Commerce President Harriett Whitaker.
