Murray, KY – The newest production by the Mayfield-based Purchase Players opens this weekend. Beyond the Glorious Garden, written by local playwright Don Johnson is a heartwarming tale of how memory shapes who we are. WKMS' Drew Adams sat down with Don Johnson and Harold Leath, who plays the central character to discuss the Beyond the Glorious Garden and the process of developing a new work for the stage.
Beyond the Glorious Garden opens this weekend at the Community Arts Center in Mayfield. It runs Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through August 7.
