Murray, KY – History has shown us that some of the world's most prominent conflicts were sparked by religious organizations, or government entities acting in what they thought was the best interest for their religion. Wars ongoing today started for that very reason, and the 9/11 terrorist attacks were sparked out of an organization made up of extremist Muslims. Two local faith leaders discuss the importance of religious tolerance in our region. John Dale is a long time pastor of the Glendale Church of Christ in Murray, Dr. Abdul Yarali is an MSU Professor and serves as the advisor to MSU's Muslim Student Organization.
