Murray, KY – For 24 years, millions of Americans woke up to the voice of Kentucky native Bob Edwards. Edwards made a name for himself as the longtime host of NPR's Morning Edition. In his new memoir, A Voice in the Box, Edwards talks about politics, the media and his own journey from Louisville to his current job on SiriusXM Satellite Radio in Washington DC. In a conversation with KY Public Radio's Graham Shelby, Edwards makes it clear that even though he left the Commonwealth in 1969, he's still a Kentuckian.
