Paducah, KY – Community and Technical colleges seem to be bursting at the seams with students in this down economy. The unemployed head back to the classroom for training in new fields, and students transitioning from high school to a four year college find these institutions to be a great starting point. West Kentucky Community and Technical College is home to one of the top ten Community Colleges in the Country according to the Aspen Institution. Chad Lampe spoke with WKCTC President Dr. Barbara Veazey about her school's role in the education boom.
