Fulton, KY – Around 10,000 people in five western Kentucky and Tennessee counties may lose ambulance service next month. The City of Fulton is going to cease supplemental funds to the Twin Cities Ambulance Service on November 22nd unless changes are made to the structure of the service, which has been suffering a steady decline in monetary support. Rose Krzton-Presson spoke with Fulton County EMS Director Mike Gunn about the threat of shutting down the Service.

The Twin Cities Ambulance Service responds to around 2,000 calls every year from Fulton County as well as parts of Hickman, Graves, Weakley, and Obion Counties.
